Week 1: Pull

Pull is one of our most important and cherished coffees. Highlighted as our Espresso Blend, it contains a blend of Central American beans and is roasted in the traditional northern Italian style.  By roasting to a medium level, It offers great flavor from the coffees and not just the roast. Brewed as coffee, it has a balanced full flavor and a medium body making it a great all around coffee to enjoy throughout the day.  When brewed as espresso, the added pressure and heat bring out the sweetness the coffee naturally has and it has just a touch of acidity and a clean finish.  Try the Pull Espresso paired with a nutty biscotti or a lemon cookie.  Each pairing brings out different flavors of this blend.  What is your favorite pairing?
