Activity is certainly beneficial to physical and mental health. During the winter months we seem to hibernate and it is even truer these past few years. We are less active and most likely overeating and gaining some unwanted weight. Our mental health has suffered just as much if not more from lack of physical contacts, hugs and in many cases stress overload. Coffee happens to be an excellent motivational tool to get the energy to tackle physical activities and to keep our mind sharper during and after the lulls of winter. It is helpful with concentration and focus. It surely will assist us with our new spring goals. How can we get in shape for the summer? How can we be more active? How can we get the strength to start a new project? With the healing powers of the sun, nature, a clean house and our morning coffee, we will get there! To our new healthy habits and goals!
