SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take longer
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard shipping (2-5 business days): $7 or free on orders over $50
- Expedited shipping (1-3 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Overnight/express: Calculated at checkout
3. Domestic Shipping (US)
- We ship to all 50 states
- PO boxes: We ship to PO boxes via USPS
- APO/FPO addresses are also supported, please allow extra time for processing
4. International Shipping
- We currently only ship withing the United States
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking information is emailed once the order ships
- Allow 2-4 hours for tracking to update after shipment
6. Shipping Delays
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control
- Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 3 days of the estimated delivery date
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Contact us within 3 days of expected delivery if your package is missing
- Damaged items: keep original packaging and contact us with photos within 5 days of delivery
8. Address Errors
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
- We are unable to redirect packages once shipped; additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment
