BACKGROUND
In 1885 Atanacio Rodolfo Romero, the Great Grandfather of the Rodrigues - Romero family purchased large parcels of land in the area of Capucas, Honduras. 75 years later his son Atanacio Rodolfo Romero would lay the groundwork for their farm to become one of the most popular coffee plantations in Honduras. At an altitude above 5900 feet with favorable soil and climate conditions, their Grandfathers wisdom shows in this ideal coffee growing location.
